I've already taken my thyroid pill and waited an hour to eat anything. I had toast with butter on it. I'm drinking a CZS as I type this out. Also watching some YT videos. I've started to put some LCS and LEC videos up on my channel. They seem to be doing well for my small channel. 

Therefore, I will continue to watch the LEC and LCS each week. That is 5 days of 5 matches I'm going to watch. Thursday through Monday. The only "off" days from watching LoL will be Tuesday and Wednesday. That really isn't a ton of 100% free time. I am doing what I want to do before Noon on LEC days and before 2PM on LCS days. Given that I get up between 5 and 730, that is enough time to do other things. 

Today I almost slept til 730. My phone alarm goes off at 7:30. Did see myself "force" myself to stay in bed from about 5 until I got up. 

Things are settling in for me as I'm getting used to being in the house alone. I do get emotional from time to time. It mostly happens when I type these up and think about being alone. Also, each night I say goodnight to Mom, Dad, and my brother. All 3 have passed on. Dad has been gone over 15 years so that isn't raw anymore. My brother wouldn't get Vaccinated and passed due to Covid in 2021. That isn't really raw either. Mom passed November 5, 2022 from 3 cancers. The Liver cancer is what really did her in. She also had lung cancer for a 2nd time and had colon cancer too. It really was just a matter of time for her passing. It is still raw.

In early 2020 I had a stroke. August of that year I had my Thyroid removed. May of 2021 my Gall Bladder was removed. I was really weak after that surgery and think it really affected me and amplified the effects of the stroke. I've been walking with a cane for almost a year now. I only use the cane when I leave the house. Mostly grocery shopping and Dr. visits. When I'm home, I am able to touch either a wall or some furniture to stabilize myself. 

I have learned that the slower I take things, the better things seem to be for me. I try to remember that and walk slowly and take my time doing things. When I'm seated, I'm stable. I think that is why I'm still able to drive. If it gets to where I can't drive, I most likely will need the cane in the house. Also, will probably start having my groceries delivered. As long as I'm able to do things for myself, I will continue to do them.

Lately I've been putting weight back on. Still below 200 pounds, but I did like being under 190. Therefore, I'm starting to watch my meals and snacks. I do the recumbent exercise bike 4 times a week for 20 minutes each time. Hopefully, the exercise and the slightly adjusted eating habits will see the weight start to go the other direction.
