Morning.

I did up my pace on the bike ride this morning. Didn't quite hit my target, but I did increase the distance ridden. Kept it at 20 minutes on the bike as I think that is long enough of a ride. I just need to get to where I hit my target distance. Hopefully, I will get there sooner than later.

I did get the results of the stress test. They called and said it was normal. I guess that means my heart is OK. I do want to stay under 200 pounds. So far I'm doing so. Just need to keep up the exercise and watch what I eat. I do have an appointment in the middle of March to have an ultrasound scan on my carotids. I don't need to do anything special for this visit. That means I can eat and drink normally. For the stress test, it was water only after midnight and no caffeine. No food either. Not having some bread with a soft drink made it somewhat difficult for me as that was against my routine.

Yesterday I watched the LCS. I did get the first 3 matches predicted correctly. That of course means I was wrong about the last two. The biggest surprise was Dignitas getting their first win of the season. The fact it was against EG was even more surprising. They did switch up the ADC role on the team, brining in Tomo to replace Spawn. He did play a bit more aggressively. Not sure it was him specifically, or just the fact they made a change that was the impetus behind them winning. Despite dominating most of the game, they almost threw the game late. Good for them that they didn't.

C9 also changed up their mid-laner bringing in Emenes to replace Diplex. C9 had a 7-2 record entering their game against the Golden Guardians who entered the game at 5-4 and on a 5 game win streak. Gori clearly outplayed Emenes in the game and GG got the win rather easily. C9 does play TSM next and should get the win. However, Emenes will have to play against Maple in the mid-lane. Not the easiest matchup for him.

Later today, but before the LCS, the LEC continues their playoffs with SK Gaming taking on the MAD Lions in a best of 5. The winner moves on to face KOI in the semi-finals. The loser is eliminated in 4th place. In the single Round Robin, MAD defeated SK. Given that this is a BO5 we could see a different result. MAD finished 2nd at 7-2 while SK finished 3rd at 6-3 during the regular season portion of the Winter Split. G2 awaits the eventual survivor of todays match and then whoever wins the BO5 Saturday.

OOTP 24 will release March 24th. I plan to manage the Cincinnati Reds while I am going to do a YT series being the GM of an American League team that I'm letting the community choose.
