Trading Bitcoin and cryptocurrency everyday is good business which I do for more than 5 years. 

Sometimes make profit, sometimes activate stop loss. 

Many people think that it is very easy business, just sit in front of of laptop and monitor the changing numbers.

Yeah, it is my sole income for many years, but is it really easy business as non-crypto enviroment people guess ?

Big no. 

Have many side effects of daily crypto tradings.

1 - Big eye bags : because of look to computer in all day at everyday, it is natural result to have eyes bags.

2 - Less & irregular sleeps : when the market very active, in sharp bull or bear trend, we usually sacrifice much needed sleep.

3- Health problems : It is stress centered business. Trade without emotions is a must but we did not build from steel. Sometimes can be hard to struggle to cope with stress, especially after heavy losses. Value of portfolio can be partly evoporated within few minutes or can be boost vice versa. Sit regularly in front of computer is a static life, vasculer or other body systems effected by this. exercise is a must how can keep mind far from recent prices while at gym ? 

4 - Social life killer : I live in Thailand as expat. ( Yeah, you read correct, the country that many people want to go in holiday ) Trading incomes gave me oppurtunity to move Thailand at mid 2017. Lucky to me ? well yes, I am very happy to live in Thailand but in famous 2017 bull-run , i was at home nearly all nights between september 2017 to January 2018 because of trading in very active crypto market enviroment. The things that you see in youtube about Thailand was just few hundred meters far but sticking to crypto screen made it as " far far away " :)

Income from Bitcoin and other crypto is better than conventional jobs but do not allow crypto trading damages your health and life.
