Not that I care, because I seriously do not care about the Tate brothers' dilemma, who they are, or who follows them.
I have never given either one of them my attention or time. Sure, I've seen my fair share of video snippets and short clips of his interviews. I've watched him spar or fight homeless people on video, listened to him talk, walk, and spew his version of reality—but what I've never done is really pay any attention to the Tate brothers.
Seeing them pop up in my news feed or stumbling across some short video of him rambling about things I've already forgotten isn't paying attention; it's more like dealing with the neighbor down the street who’s having a midlife crisis. As you cruise by, you accidentally wave, only to stop for a moment and listen to him brag, lament about his life, the news, or women—all while you’re kinda sorta feeling sorry for his lost masculinity, eroded by constant complaining and idiotic small-d energy advice.
Nothing personal, but that’s the layout of my thoughts every time I have to endure news or a podcast bite about the Tates or from Tate himself. The oddity of the Tates even being celebrated or idolized is pretty confusing to me, to be honest.
Basically, not to hate on the Tates—because I truly know nothing about them other than what they say they are—but to me, they’ve always been the Logan Paul clones of bullshittery: sound bites and short videos about being “manly” or “masculine.” Honestly, other than his verbiage and voice, I can’t correlate the word “manhood” with the Tate brothers in the same sentence. When I think about what it means to be a man, the Tates don’t come to mind. In fact, they represent the polar opposite. To me, they’ve always embodied what it means to be weirdos and goons. Sorry.
How anyone can say he has saved men by returning us to masculinity has clearly missed Andrew Tate when he walks. His stride reminds me more of a woman in the streets or at a wine dinner than a man’s stride to grab a beer from the fridge. Honestly. Watch for yourself.
Now, what do I think of the Tate arrests? I think it was well-known—and possibly well overdue—for the Tates to get cuffed and hauled off. I expected it more in terms of crypto scams, which was what I thought the arrests were going to be about, but it turned out to be about their other situation.
Again, it’s like that neighbor down the street, the midlife crisis guy, who also has financial legal problems and sexual legal problems. He has a lot of young girls around, stock in Viagra, and drinks too much, so naturally your neighbor needs to ramble on to you about all of his problems. That’s what I think when I hear about his legal problems: like, who gives a shit? You listen anyway because it is interesting to hear someone who claims to be successful but has more legal problems and sex abuse cases than most people own underwear. I mean...It can remind you how someone with no real power can be disguised as a powerful person with a huge following, only for the exterior to flake off and reveal much more on the inside.
Complete Rundown on Charges (as of July 2026)
The Tate brothers (Andrew, 39, and Tristan, 38) face multiple overlapping criminal investigations across jurisdictions. They deny all allegations. Here is a factual summary based on official statements from prosecutors:
United Kingdom (Primary Focus of Recent Developments)
Arrested in Miami, Florida, on July 18, 2026, by U.S. Marshals on a UK extradition request.
They appeared in federal court and are currently in U.S. detention pending extradition proceedings (next hearing around July 27).
Total charges now stand at 59 (42 against Andrew, 17 against Tristan).
Original charges (authorized ~2024/2025, ~21 total): Related to allegations from several British women (initially 3–4 victims) between roughly 2012–2016. These include rape, assault occasioning actual bodily harm (ABH), human trafficking, and (for Andrew) controlling prostitution for gain.
New/additional charges (announced July 2026, related to four further victims, alleged offenses 2010–2017):
Andrew Tate: 7 further counts of rape; 3 counts of arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation; 3 counts of ABH; 19 additional charges related to indecent images of a child and extreme pornography.
Tristan Tate: 1 count of sexual assault; 2 counts of rape; 3 counts of arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation.
Specific allegations in unsealed documents include claims of choking women unconscious, slapping, hitting, and other violent sexual assaults. UK law grants lifelong anonymity to complainants in sexual offense cases; the brothers have challenged (unsuccessfully so far) not being told the accusers' names until they are in the UK.
Extradition from Romania was already approved (post-Romanian proceedings), and the UK is now pursuing it from the U.S.
Arrested in December 2022 on human trafficking, rape, and forming an organized criminal group charges. They spent time in detention/house arrest/judicial control before restrictions were largely lifted in 2026.
Expanded/ongoing investigations (as of mid-2026):
Additional human trafficking (including complicity in trafficking a minor), money laundering (~$1.53 million allegedly earned from exploiting one 17-year-old victim), witness tampering/intimidation, and illegal sale of seized assets (e.g., luxury cars).
Allegations involve recruiting women via false romantic relationships, coercing them into webcam/pornographic work, emotional manipulation, and blackmail.
The case has been returned to prosecutors for further work at times, but investigations continue alongside the UK matter. Extradition to the UK is deferred until Romanian proceedings conclude.
Other/Possible Future charges for the Tates
U.S.: No major criminal charges yet, but the Miami arrest and extradition process involve U.S. authorities. Past mentions of potential Florida scrutiny exist, though nothing active appears to have materialized into charges.
Civil cases: Multiple UK civil claims for rape/sexual violence (e.g., from four women).
Future possibilities: More charges could emerge if additional victims come forward or evidence (e.g., images, financial trails, witness testimony) expands the cases.
Money laundering, organized crime, and child-related image offenses carry serious potential penalties. Witness tampering allegations could add obstruction charges.
The brothers and their legal team describe the cases as politically motivated, weak, or flawed, and they plan to fight extradition and all charges.
My thoughts? If they are not guilty, then they need to prove that in a court of law. Simple.
Screaming they are innocent with the track record they have, is like ignoring that Trump is mentioned more than anyone else in the Epstine files and ignoring that for political and social acceptance.
Well, that is the truth. Don't hate me for being honest, and not screaming along with the sheep following their shepherd or in this case, the midlife crisis neighbor.
The fact is, Trump intervenes, and it compounds his issues even further, Rubio or anyone else trying to save the Tates should worry the entire world. It shows we have the lost the rule of law to whomever screams its unfair the loudest and with the following of sheep the Tates have, it might actually work. In which case, should it work, then the US DOJ is corrupt beyond just speculation.
The Tates need to face their charges, deal with karma and the scales of justice that shouldn't bend to follower counts and loud platforms, but weighing the accusations and their innocence in a court of law, judged by their peers and fellow members of the human race. Not who they have on speed dial or if Barron Trump learned how to jill off to Tate and his advice.

You should read that.
Final thoughts?
Real men, we don't need other men to explain how to become or act like men. The world doesn’t need polarized masculinity or faked wealth. I never needed a hand to hold when facing life as a man, I was raised properly, I have zero use for Tate or his advice. I guess some male humans need Tate to figure out their own place in this world.
Us men though? We tend to avoid the midlife crisis guy down the street and watch Family Guy instead. Giggity Giggity..
