Stay Away From PipeFlare!

My dear readers, I have been absent from my beloved writing for sometime now for various reasons.
But my recent experience with PipeFlare forced me to write to you in order to warn you.
Let me tell you what happened to me and from as far as I seen to many others.
In order for you to have the entire picture let me start from about 4 years ago….
I have been a customer/user of PipeFlare from the early day’s of the service.
I even wrote an article about them 4 years ago giving them a good review.
And to be clear didn’t received anything for it! It was simply my opinion back then.All those years I would go daily and claim their faucets and I also bought their NFTs.
I never had an issue, until a few days ago.
As I was doing my daily claims, market checks etc I went to PipeFlare to log in, but when I tried to log in I got a message that my account was banned!
I was surprised of course as I could not think of a reason why my account should be banned.
At first I thought it was some bug or technical issue so I headed to their customer service that is available in their Discord server and opened a ticket explaining my situation and expecting at least a reply to see what is going on.
The next day I went back to Discord to check if there was a reply, only to find out that I was banned from their server as well!
I was totally surprised as I never experienced something like this before.
Especially as I had not said or done anything that will have someone banned.
I then send them an email that I have still not received any reply to it.
Finally I decided to go to TrustPilot and leave there a review.
And I got a reply there that made me even more furious!
You see they accused me of being part of a group that stole from them funds as you can see bellow:

After a check on other reviews in TrustPilot I discovered that this is their generic reply.
Unfortunately there is no option to directly reply to them other than to edit your review.
Obviously as you can see above I did that but I still haven’t heard back from them.
The weird part is that in their generic reply/ message they claim they will allow me back into the community if .. how they say it .. aaaah yes:  "return the funds and pledge not to do that again". But there is no communication with them. So how would that be possible? That is definitely suspicious right?
Their reply though raised the following questions:
1st: Why there is no communication about the theft they claim it happened in their media? I went to x.com and nothing its mentioned.
2nd: If a theft did happened do they have enough to keep operating?

To summarise, I can not in good conscious keep supporting them and having people that might read my previous article use their service.
It is simply the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and one could definitely even categorise them as a scam.
Finally for your information all my coins that I gather from my daily use over all those years are staked and I now have no access to them. 
Just stay away and if you have coins in PipeFlare… well I guess after reading this you know what you should do ASAP!
