Ok 1st off this is not the fastest way to make lambo money but it is one of the best options available if you have time and are willing to be a little patient. 2ndly you must still do your research before investing in any asset because some are just straight up born to fail.

So to keep this simple and as short as possible, dollar cost averaging can be played out in 2 easy ways, when you enter the market you should have a idea of roughly how much you are willing to invest, break that into smaller parts(say 10buyins using 10% each of your total capital) and then start off entering with only 1buyin(10% of what you willing to invest). From there you can start setting up lower buyins Everytime the market drops by 10% of ur entry fee you buy in abit more and wait, if your market has any potential you should be back in profit in no time.

Example: if u bought 100$ worth at 10k buy another 100$ at 9k (avg 9500) and another 100$ at 8k(avg 9000) and again at 7k(avg 8500)etc, this would slowly move your average down and when the market does turn around, by the time it hits your original entry price you should already be in quite a nice profit it just takes some patience

The 2nd method is less reliant on price but more based around buying at the same time on regular intervals, as an example id like to use btc peaking in 2017 to prove how you couldve entered at the worst possible time and you would've been in a happy profit today if you just had a plan and some patience.

So let's say you just bought in btc hype end of 2017 decided you want in on this magic internet money, if you entered the market and decided that at the end of every month when btc does it's monthly close you were going to buy in x amount no matter what the price was, your entries would of been (starting Jan 1st 2018 end of 2017dec close til end Jan 2020)$13593; $10094; $10400; $6751; $9250; $7420; $6438; $7700; $6980; $6610; $6440; $4053; $3746; $3405; $3848; $4155; $5313; $8550; $10833; $10050; $9539; $8210; $9164; $7500; $7150; $9340(+-50-100$ depending on your exchange) and today your average would be around $7500 and $7600(26 buyins that break even at $7600 and begin to profit)
