Continuing with the garden theme, I'm currently in the climate of Spring and I can see all the seeds which were sowed in winter beginning to blossom in Spring.

The mind works in the same way as your garden. What you are planting in your mind today will materialize in the future. So you need to be very careful with what you are planting. The plant is very similar to yourself. We now know that trees communicate with each other via their root structures. They are influenced by the vibrational frequencies in the music you play them. They have an awareness of their own.

When you are planting your seeds also take into consideration your environment. What you are watching and listening too. What you are feeding yourself. What you are thinking.

Start visualising what you would like in your life. Health, Happiness, Money, Fun, Career, Partner.

Now is the time to sow your seeds to create the life you want.
