Another great exercise is to look at yourself in the mirror. It's important to look at yourself without any judgment. Your mind will start to find all the little things which could be improved. The mind might start to make comments on the way you look concerning health, age and happiness.

Only observe your thoughts. Write them down after the experience as this will provide valuable insight into what your mind thinks of you. Your mind works in duality, so it will try to balance between right, wrong, good and bad.

Remember to be kind to yourself. Relax and breathe, soften your eyes and send yourself love, health and happiness. You are in control of your mind and you can think whatever thought you like.
