As we spoke yesterday of the importance of removing the weeds from your Mind garden, we now look at feeding and watering your Mind garden.
The weeds are the negative thoughts and the food are the affirmations and visualisations. You might not have the time to work on your garden every day however, you could always go outside and just remove one weed or feed or water one plant.
Try and find the time to work on your Mind garden. When a negative thought arises replace it with an affirmation.
An example would be:
- I am Happy and Healthy
- I am fit and strong
- I feel great
Start feeding your garden today and you will reap the rewards.
