The mass adoption of cryptocurrencies may be taking longer than expected. Internet users do not care about technical problems. They think only pragmatically. Internet users will like and switch from one platform to another. They explore according to the comfort they get. They don't know how much storage capacity on Yuotube. Only one thing, when they feel uncomfortable or feel the features of a platform are lacking, they will move to a new platform that offers more features. Many YouTube users only upload their videos, and don't want to know about the problems in backdoor development.

That is the key how decentralized platform will win over the centralized platform. Instagram influencers will gain million followers. The question is who the million followers are. They are mass. They are public that think and act in pragmatism. They sign up IG with their phones and start to post photoes. To register instagram and other centralized social media is very easy and fast. You do not have to wait for days to be approved. I joined LBRY few months ago but I left LBRY because registration is complicated. I have to verify with discord member. That was annoying that I finally left LBRY. In pragmatism view, registering LBRY is complicated.

LBRY users earn money so do youtube users. People will be interested in both platform but when registering is complicated, they will leave the platform. To sign up youtube, users just click the youtube icon from their gmail account. They will go to youtube dashboard and can start to upload contents. That is very simple. Cryptocurrency project offer solution to currenty products that most people use. When cryptocurrency fail to offer easy and fun interface from a platform, users will leave decentralized social media. Centralized social media here still win when we compare to decentralized social media.
