I had to make a selection of free faucet websites, in order to optimize the time spent clicking around and decipher endless captcha (which is getting old very quickly). The 1st one I keep on visiting regularly is Freecardano.com : It's a lottery that you can play for free every hour.
Click the "ROLL" button at the bottom of the page and wait for the number to appear. You will get USD0.0003 worth of ADA every hour, if you get a number between 0 and 9885.
Don't expect to get a higher number, odds are very low, but you'll regularly get a tiny bit of ADA every time. Don't hesitate to check how much you may be able to earn with a bigger number, in the green payout table displayed on the home page.
On the left side of the homepage, click the "Withdraw" button, to figure out how it works. You'll need to get a minimum of 5ADA to make a withdrawal.
A quick calculation turns this game into a joke :
- Let's say you win USD0.0003 every hour for 6 hours a day. That's USD0.0018 a day.
- Let's say you plan to click the "ROLL" button 365 days a year (good luck with that), that's USD0.657 every year...
That's almost 8 years to reach the 5ADA and claim your 1st withdrawal from the platform...

Cointiply is a gaming platform that will make you earn cointipoints. Once you reach a certain amount of cointipoints, you will be able to withdraw Bitcoin or Dogecoin to your wallets. You'll need 50.000 cointipoints to withdraw BTC and/or 30.000 cointipoints to withdraw DOGE. You can also stake your cointipoints and get a yearly 5% interest rate if you leave at least 35.000 cointipoints on your coin balance.
In order to earn those cointipoints, there are several activities, including a free faucet that you can roll every hour. Similarly to Freecardano, you will have to roll a faucet by clicking a "roll" button, then deciphering a captcha (usually words to type in a field).

Depending on the number you get, you'll earn between 14 and 168 cointipoints. So far, the biggest gain I could get was 44 points.
Regularly, I take my chances and roll the Multiplier to try and get more points, and make this game more fun. But so far I was not so lucky and most of the time, wagered points are lost and you're back to roll the faucet to get points back...
Depending the amount of points, you can wager them against the Multiplier and try to find a "red stone". If you find a "grey stone", you lose your bet. Needless to say, you will lose more than win.

The other simple activity you can participate to is the PTC Ads section, to view ads for a certain time (5 to 10 seconds) and earn points this way. Very boring.
To validate your view, you will have to leave the ad page open for the requested time, then decipher a captcha and find the element you are requested to click on. Yay !

Same thing than the previous free faucets on Free-Litecoin.com : Roll the faucet every hour and earn at least 0.00000282LTC. If you're lucky and get the number 10000, you will earn 0.75326792LTC, but don't expect too much.
I didn't try any other activity on this website (so far), but there's a multiplier, an interest rate of 8% if you leave your LTC on your account (a minimum of 0.05LTC is required), a lottery and a blackjack game...
If you want to withdraw your LTC anyway, the minimum amount required is 0.004LTC.
Let's do some math here :
