As mentioned in my blog description, I'm a shitcoin collector/hobbyist. My favorite time to acquire them is usually in the evenings, after a few beers.. Now I'm a big fan of the Bogdanoff meme culture ( my personal favorite) and so when I read about the newest shitcoin: PUMP from Pumpeet.Finance; I just about drooled all over my keyboard. It wasn't long before I become a $PUMP millionaire.
The next logical steps for a shitcoin enthusiast were then obvious; check the forums and feed off the hype. I spent the next half hour or so laughing heartily as I read the comment section. Here's a few snippets of excitement following the laugh of Pumpeet:
"It's pumping"
"GREAT PROJECT I APED IN TO THE MOON..."
"All we have to is now HOLD and Pump it... 🚀"
"im making profits man idk what else to say"
...& much more!
-So, with visions of going to the moon with all those fine people, I retired for the evening.
For the next few weeks I did the usual; checked in on what little and vague pricing data I could find about my beloved undervalued PUMP. As is typical, not a whole lot transpired, the price went down a bit, but that was about it. So I went to back visualizing myself in 60 years; sitting on a porch rocking-chair, thinking about how that $0.10 of PUMP would get me all the nice things.. ...
Well today I decided to visit the official website for Pumpeet.Finance and wouldn't you know; it's no longer there! So I went to their Reddit community and, lo' and behold! It's become a private community. Their Twitter page also vanished in a cloud of smoke.
Takeaway: Perhaps the Bogdanoffs felt the need to assert their supreme dominance? I for one thought that if/once they colonize Mars they might look favorably upon those who were wise enough to HODL anything even remotely of value associated with their mighty name.
