Moving Forward on the Coffee Bar

I've really been meaning to post - honest - it's just that I get so caught up in work and life it's hard to come back and get it done sometimes. I've gotten a lot done since the last post. Here's the vintage bar sink that was in the house for over fifty years. I took some Barkeeper's Friend to it and got it looking almost new along with the ice machine (a mini Manitowic under-bar) and the hand sink.

The New Equipment! Behold, the FETCO EXTRACTION PLUS beast!

One of the pieces of equipment I am most proud of I bought brand new from Commonplace Coffee. I am still dialing it in but this is dedicated to making "pour over" coffee in large batches. Of course it doesn't come close to what I do with a 12presso X grinder + Chemex, but it does do a damn good job, I will give it that. I am really looking forward to getting the brews right and posting the recipes directly here.
