Have you felt tired but it's not your body that's exhausted? When you are emotionally or mentally drained, it can affect your body. It could also be depression or stress.
When you're feeling down, learn to dance it off. You don't have to be exceptionally good at dancing. Just move to the rhythm of your favorite music and have a good time while you're at it.
Dancing helps put you in a good mood and you'll feel loads better after just 30 minutes.
