POEM: Stuck In Soul BY: SDFM

By SergFarStars | SERG'S OLD SOUL VAULT | 27 Sep 2025

Note: As the poem shows, I never really liked the city. Nature is taken for granted even though we are part of it. This poem is an oldie, but you'll enjoy it. I'll be adding new content as well coming soon.

I live in a society full of dead people, yet you say they are alive because they have a pulse...

Dead that's what they are, they have "souls" that are decayed with materialistic objects. Societies are all robots following the command of the queen ant...

They all stand with pride and dust...

It's a match that burns my bones till I become ash.

I walk in disgust; I have gotten used to this feeling that I can't taste "food" anymore because everything just tastes sour...

My soul is in my body desperate to leave and feel the freedom that I felt when I was born...

Death? Life? We say we know everything yet when we don't know something we say it does not exist, we say it's not real... Stop lying you disgusting piece of ratty, stinky, and deadly city, your society has forgotten what nature is...

We know everything from the outside of our body yet we know nothing from inside.

A decentered mind without biases. I have been fighting preconceived notions since the day I was born. To ask why, how, when, what, where, and who is not a sign of stupidity; but a sign of curiosity without assumptions.
