In my opinion, you can't earn much with the free btc option itself, but you can use it to accumulate sats to increase the compound growth of your balance.
The site has been active for 11 years now, so you could also consider to deposit and start earning from you money.
We know that in crypto world 4% yield is not that high, but for Bitcoin is pretty good and you have the opportunity to exponentially grow.
