Davitelj protiv davitelja is a black comedy/horror/thriller from Serbia from 1984, directed by Slobodan Sijan.

The English international title is Strangler vs. Stranglers.

Set in the mid-1980s in the Serbian city of Belgrade where we know an a deranged flower seller named Pera Mitic (Peter in the English version).
Pera begins strangling that women on the streets who have refused to buy his carnations.

The DVD was released in 2004 by DiMedia and contains the audio track in Serbian with Slovenian subtitles.
