Solway's Astronaut.
This shot is one of the most disturbing and mysterious images ever. On May 23, 1964 Mr Templeton decided to go with his wife and daughter to the English countryside and here to take some pictures of his baby daughter. The first 2 just showed the baby in the middle of the lawn while the third showed in the background a mysterious figure that seems to resemble a man in an astronaut's suit and helmet. This photo was analyzed by Kodak, a very famous and well-known company at the time, which he claimed was an authentic photo, without retouching or tricks. Mr. Templeton has stated several times that he did not see the man behind his daughter at the time of the shot and was unable to give any explanations regarding what he had photographed. In the following days there was an even more disturbing story: Two mysterious men arrived near the family home to ask the man where the second astronaut was. Templeton was even more shocked after this question and, after stating that he did not know of what they were talking about, the two men began to get angry and behave very strangely. However, the same author of the photo said he was sure he was alone with his daughter at the time, and was equally sure that at the time of the shot there was no one else in the areas where the astronaut would appear. On this photograph remains one of the most fascinating mysteries of the last 100 years
