Did you know that the Andromeda Galaxy, the closest to us, would be visible to the naked eye in the night sky under certain conditions? In fact, without the major light sources such as the moon and the brightest stars, the Galaxy would be visible in our sky and would have more or less the size of the moon, despite the distance of several light years from the Milky Way.
