So personally, I would hope this one is fairly obvious. It's advertisments say that you can win hundreds of dollars by playing this game; simply by merging and upgrading your puppies.
Let me start with this. Any site or app that promises hundreds of dollars with a few clicks should just plain be avoided, even if you can make money with their site, you will NOT make hundreds of dollars.
These sites/apps make money via advertising. They get paid per commercial you watch, possibly a small amount per every click, and if they are fairly well known it's possible that they make money selling ad space on their personal sites.
I have some experience and background in this, and let me tell you. They do not make nearly enough via those means to pay anyone hundreds of dollars for a few clicks. That simply isn't going to happen. That's not to say that there aren't work from home opportunities. But a gaming app is never going to be one of them. You can make at most with a legit reward for gaming platform around $20 extra a month. To be clear, that's from one app. If you use more then one you can theoretically make more, however in my experience these programs don't play nice with other programs of the same type.
Anyways, Puppy Town is a cute merge game. You can merge puppies to discover new ones. Not a bad game for just spending a few minutes. However, the ads are completely misleading. They don't even have a 'cashout' option in the game. Anywhere. It doesn't exist. This game is not paying and will not likely ever be.

In conclusion, if you want to play a cute merge game, hey, knock yourselves out. But do not get on the game simply because of the money the ads say you can make. There is no money to be had in this game.
