A new Blockchain you ask?

I wonder how many people actually read the articles here on Publish0x, and how many just skip through the text to the bottom and hit the "tip" button after sliding it to 20% author : 80% yourself?

Here is my experiment. If you read through all of this then please do not tip me, but just leave a comment instead (maybe "I read it" ?). Those that tip will then not have read the article! Any tips I do recieve I will donate the fiat equivalent to RNLI - I will also assume all comments leave a $0.01 tip equivalent that I will fund myself so that charity does not lose out. I hope that this tongue in cheek article will encourage people to truly read articles. lol.
