How to keep yourself stress free.

I think answer will be negative because we earn money to live our life in better way but not put our life in stress to earn more money.

Lets sort out all these problem and work on it in some different way..

1. Stress : work hard earn hard but never work that hard so you get stress because it gives you lots of extra problem related health.

2. Rushing always : why people wish to die peacfully because they put their life into rush and depress to achieve something quicker and faster but they don't understand that life is all about enjoying every moment and put yourself in relax mode even you are in bad condition .

3. Smoking and drinking:  its a kind of new trend developing among youngster to show off or feel more stylish and glamourous but let me tell you it kills you everyday.

Now some people tell you that nobody here to live lifetime .okay i understand but do you want to die early and painfully ?

If no then why yoy still smoking and drinking as you know it kills you everyday .

Choice is yours.

4. Eat oily and junk food: todays lifestyle is seriously changing the food habit to the world mankind .they want food which is short taking time and more junky and fast.

Mac donalds and kfc chicken , do you know it taste more delicious but it not healthy at all.but even people like to eat all these then how do we save our self to not being stress?

If you want stress free life then you have to quit all these habits.

 

5. Eat Sleep Work: sometimes we totally ignore daily excercise and it becomes our habit which leads later to become obesity and welcoming more health problem.

Why not we plan our time to fix with daily excercise and yoga pranayama to live our life more healthy and stress free.

 

Hope if we follow all these steps then our lives will not be more painful and suffering.
