Lots of people out there are facing a trend trap that they don't know exists, and they have been trapped in it for a long time. Beginners like me always want to achieve big things that we see from other investors and creators making successful companies and earning millions with the help of crypto, but as soon as we start and try our best, we fail because we don't understand the basics of markets and business ethics and rules that make those people on top, whereas we or beginners just stay in a trend trap that cryptos are the future and stay there like a frog in a well.

 : Types of Traps in Trading! 

1. Bull Trap: A bull trap is a misleading signal that refers to a decreasing trend in a stock, index, or other investment that reverses shortly after a convincing rise and breaks a previous support level. In simple words, it's a trend or a signal in a chart that indicates a bull market while trading but leads to a long-term loss.

2. Bear Trap: A bear trap is the opposite of a bull trap, in which sellers fail to make a breakdown level. In simple words, the price of a stock or index forms an upward trend, and prices go higher in a chart that indicates a down trend but takes a u-turn and goes upward. 

It's tricky but possible to tackle this type of trap while trading. You must trade with clear information and always check that your sources of information are correct. If you still suspect a trap, leave the trade immediately and always use stop-loss and other tools that are best in that situation.

At the end, trading is risky and uncertain; it is never clear what is coming up, even if you have all the possibilities of success. Stay alert and use effective measures.
