Deep dive in the behavior change in your personal life that affect your work and crypto wallet.
Being a teenager, it's so difficult for me to maintain a constant focus while performing a work or a task cause my teenage instinct are more fond of wasting time on social media. This is one of the biggest problem that I'm facing and trying to quit as soon as possible, that kind of behavior is developed by so much stress and work load, where our brain wants a relief, such as social media, television and other lazy stuff that helps to release dopamine rather than detox.
What is "Dopamine Detox"?
The process of Dopamine Detox is to avoid and seek from the things that makes you to feel pleasure and relaxed. In my opinion if you wants to avoid dopamine try the 21 day dopamine detox.
Why its necessary to avoid such things?
The constant consumption of dopamine, reduce your focus level and habit of being active , that cause us to be mentally absent and ultimately failed us. That irresponsible behavior made me to avoid my work from studies to crypto and other web 3.0 development and from last week I'm working on be detox and stay active.
One of the biggest loss that i suffered is loss of my Crypto ecosystem from lacking in crypto trends to crypto news and facing a negative growth in my blog and my trading wallet, but from now being active and looking forward.
As of now, It's time for checking out the market and all the news related Crypto ecosystem, trends and Blockchain technology and need to stay active and focus towards my goals mostly towards crypto trading declining crypto wallet.
