The data dropped 10 minutes ago. What sticks out most here is soaring energy prices. Inflation appears to be cooling in some areas but overall we are definitely not out of the woods yet. Keep in mind CPI numbers are lagging indicators, not really a good gauge of where we're heading.
US stock futures are not receiving this data release well. They are down across the board.
Bitcoin is plummeting on the news too. Wall Street is calling for BTC to hit 10k before recovering. We'll see what happens.
