Everyone loves a good meme. They are essential to cryptoworld, but not necessarily for stocks. Wait...what? Not so fast.

Memes are essential for coping with losses, whether realized or unrealized. In fact, I would go as far to say that memes can help you cope with anything in life. Memes are what the comics section was in Sunday papers, have essentially replaced political cartoons, and now makeup 80% of internet images -- displacing pornographic images, which have previously dominated that top image spot since the inception of the internet. Alright, that last point and statistic were completely fabricated but you get what I'm driving at.

Particularly important for hodlers of Origin Materials stock, like myself. Let's face it, it's been all downhill and a lot of averaging down for me since the deal was announced in February 2021.

If you bought AACQ shares at the $10 IPO price, you're down 50% -- assuming no adding. Which really isn't horrible, when compared to the price performance of most other de-SPAC companies. 

So, memes are great to distract from the massive losses and keep a portfolio on life support with hopium. When fundamental research and analysis isn't enough, turn to the meme section for a good chuckle. After all, laughter is the best medicine.
