I will be quite honest. I first stumbled upon Publish0x late one night while looking for ways to earn free crypto. Amidst sorting through what were pretty much all scam websites, I recalled memories of the original Bitcoin fountain. In 2010, I had discovered Bitcoin and even did some mining. I didn't stick with it for very long as my younger self didn't quite realize the implications of it. 

When P0x dropped Ethereum, I lost most of my interest in the platform. It just didn't seem worth it any more to me. Not that I didn't think Harvest Finance or Ampleforth were interesting projects but they just didn't seem like they would have lasting, sticking appeal like Ethereum. As I have referenced, perhaps I still don't realize the long-term implications of said projects. Now when I saw that Publish0x had added Statera, I became even more skeptical. And perhaps it's the mass plunging of tokens across that but Statera looks pretty dead to me now:

It's crazy to see a token go from having hundreds of thousands of dollars in volume (millions on some days) to now having $10 worth traded. If memory serves me correctly, when Statera was introduced to P0x in April of this year the price was about $0.05 -- it's now trading for $0.00745 with little to no liquidity. 

Publish0x, by its own accords, has seen declining posting activity:

Now, it's no coincidence that a crypto blogging site will see declining popularity as crypto prices plunge across the board. But I believe that the re-integration of the world's second largest cryptocurrency (by market capitalization) can bring growth back to Publish0x, perhaps from skeptics and even those new to crypto.

As for myself, I've certainly rekindled my interest in writing/contributing for P0x knowing that the tips generated are a token I actually want to accumulate. While Ether is down 67% year-to-date and it's too soon to call a bottom, the token is up 5.74% over the past five days.

I am looking forward to contributing more crypto and stock related articles. I also like to write about other things that pique my interest - business, music, history, art, food, science, and society.
