Hello fellow P0x'ers and welcome to another edition of drink reviews. Today, I will be sampling one of the new(ish) Dunkin' Refresher drinks from one of America's favourite donut/breakfast/coffee spots Dunkin' Donuts. They say America runs on it, anyway!

There are three base flavours that are available year-round: strawberry dragonfruit, mango pineapple, peach passionfruit. This summer, there are the limited edition flavours of pink pineapple, black cherry, and limeade. 

There is also a Dunkin' Zero lineup of refreshers, which are sparkling drinks with no added sugar. I went with the Juicy Peach. It was a crisp, lightly carbonated, zero-sugar energy drink with added B vitamins. It packs significantly more caffeine than a traditional Refresher (around 145mg) and contains only 20 calories for a medium size.

The taste was excellent: true peach flavour with no butter aftertaste. Served over ice, it was incredibly refreshing on a hot July day. The caffeine and B vitamins packed a powerful punch that gave me a nice afternoon jolt. The location I visited had a $3 medium special, which made me feel like I was getting an excellent value.

I will say that these Dunkin' Zero Refreshers appeal to me in multiple ways: being sugar-free, loaded with caffeine like an energy drink, and coming in a range of familiar flavours. I give the Juicy Peach an 8/10. Next time, I will be ordering a large!
