A Tweet by Carl Menger highlights a highly-rated hostel in El Salvador that accepts Bitcoin payments:
A further review of their website and Facebook confirms this:

The Captain Morgan Hostel at Lake Coatepeque is well-reviewed on booking.com and boasts an average rating of 8.4 out of 10. Their acceptance of Bitcoin as a payment method really should come as no surprise, ever since the Legislative Assembly of the country adopted the cryptocurrency as legal tender in 2021.
The destination features picturesque waterfront views, a garden, and outdoor swimming pool. A common thread throughout the reviews is how friendly the staff is, and the fact that they are very pet-friendly.
By all indications, it sounds like a vacation here (or at least a few days' stay) would be "sats well spent." I personally have never paid for any vacation, or any amenities for that matter, with cryptocurrencies. It would be a first for me, that's for sure. Would you spend your sats on travel?
So anyway, there you have it. A hostel in El Salvador accepts Bitcoin. Not too surprising, really.
