The robots that will steal our jobs

With the arrival of GPT chat and the new AI applications, together with the new humanoid robots produced by Tesla, the question always arises will robots steal our jobs?

No.
History teaches us that there are numerous reasons for this.
Let’s take for example the mechanization in the agricultural sector, where the use of tractors has replaced the manual skill of working by hand and with oxen.
Or, think of the manufacturing sector, where Ford’s invention of the assembly line led to the replacement of manual production with robotic production.
The introduction of artificial intelligence and anthropomorphic robots into this environment implies the possibility of relieving humans from performing dangerous, repetitive and tiring jobs.

Those most likely to be replaced are those that dehumanize people, trapping them in a cycle of performing the same task for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, until retirement.

However, jobs that require strong human-human interaction are likely to remain, even if they can be automated, because machines are unlikely to have the empathy needed for interactions with people.

For example, the cashier in a shop, where people have the opportunity to exchange opinions or have short conversations during payment transactions.
Human interaction is essential in this type of work, as people are able to show a certain empathy towards the customer and to provide personalized services that no robot, at least for now, is able to offer.

While, for example, the world of logistics will be fully automated, as is already happening in part, the possibilities for saving time and money will be exceptional.

If, for example, the world of logistics is fully automated, as is already happening in part, the possibilities for saving time and money will be exceptional.
It will be possible to manage logistics with greater accuracy and speed, taking advantage of new technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics and Automated guided vehicles.
This means that logistics management time, from inventory to shipping, will be faster and more efficient, and the reduction in costs will help companies make more profit.

Furthermore, automation will help minimize human errors, ensuring greater accuracy in deliveries.
The same thing will happen in the world of heavy industry, there are already entire production lines that are completely autonomous, where production takes place 24 hours a day without interruptions.
This is because the work situations are extreme and exhausting.

Automation technologies have become increasingly advanced over time, which has enabled companies to drastically reduce production and logic costs, improve efficiency and quality of work, and increase productivity.
This is a great challenge, but a necessity to survive in an increasingly competitive world.
Automation technology can also help to improve working conditions, of workers by allowing them to perform non-heavy tasks, increasing safety and thus enabling workers to perform tasks with less risk

Additionally, automation can offer greater flexibility in manufacturing processes, while minimizing human intervention.
