This week Freebitcoin announced the Premium Membership program powered by the FunFair (FUN) token. Because Freebitcoin is one of the sites with the most registered users in the crypto space I decided to take a closer look at it.
The Premium Membership offers 3 categories of benefits:
- 1. Cashback when gambling. - I'm going to completly ignore this point because I'm not a gambler so it doesn't affect me in any way
- 2. Increase Daily interest - Freebitcoin offers you a default interest on your BTC account balance of 4.08% p.a. with a Premium Membership you can increase the interest rate by up to 25%. Depending on you account Balance this could already be a reason to invest into FUN tokens for the Premium Membership.
- 3. Wheel of Fortune Spins - Premium Members will get free spins for the Wheel of Fortune every Day! I didn't calculate the exact value of a Freespin but if we calculate with the worst possible price every time we spin we get a value of 50sats/spin. For the Membership lvl of 12500FUN that I choosed to buy this equals a anual return of over 11% (price was 89sat/FUN when I bought)
