Uphold, as I mentioned in my post about BAT and Brave supports this token and it is automatically deposited in your wallet, from there you can convert it to other coins, currencies or just hold it as BAT.

Uphold supports Bank Transfers and also Credit Cards but have in mind that the latter is not allowed from all the countries thus this can compromise your usage.

Uphold app has some integrations from which you can earn coins, put them into work for you and many other activities like, Blockreward, SkillGaming, Talketh etc.

Live support from their agents is something that should be mentioned, I can say that it is one of the best supports from platforms of this kind and the thing that I appreciate mostly about Uphold.

We have come to a point where I tell you if I recommend you to use Uphold.

Well, first let me tell you the pros and cons of it, this way it will be easier to understand my recommendation!

Pros
  • Easy to set up and use
  • Supports two-factor authentication
  • Supports multiple cryptos (but not like other rivals), fiat currencies, and precious metals
  • Mobile apps also available
Cons
  • As I've mentioned not all funding options are available globally
  • Buying or conversion of currencies are also subjected to a fee
  • Transaction fees are high compared to other wallets
  • Since it works with authorities against money laundering you can't use it's services anonymously

To give a recap!

Since there are other similar platforms Uphold is enlisted as the 5th but it has some things that might really not be in your favour! As I've already mentioned pros and cons of this platform you can see that it is safe, you get an incredible support by it's agents, everything is monitored so you don't have to sleep one eye opened, everything starts to fall apart when we start talking about fees! Even though other big platforms have some incredibly high platforms and exceed those of Uphold, still you might think twice before using Uphold! I do use Uphold, and really love its features and everything is put super simple and in a logical way, limits of conversions and transfer are also very low (which for many is very necessary).

My final verdict!

It's a good platform, put the fees aside, I love the simplicity and I like the way it works, so yes I do recommend Uphold.

Do you use Uphold? What do you like about it?
