What's good crypto fam. In all of my crypto related articles I don't like to fuck around so allow me to get straight to the point with this one. If you don't have the time or care to read the whole thing let me break it down for you: SwissBorg's Community App is a bitcoin-prediction mobile app where you get points for correctly predicting if BTC will go up or down within the 24 hours after you make your prediction. Points add up, and will be tokenized when the SwissBorg Wealth App comes out (planned for 2020).
The future of the SwissBorg Wealth App will not be touched on very much in this article due to my self-respecting policy of not fucking around by trying to write very succinct articles without including any information that isn't 100% necessary to the overall intention of the article. This is a review of their Community App, and as soon as the Wealth App comes to Canada I will try that out and write about it as well.

Introduction:
That being said, the SwissBorg Community App is a mobile app where you predict the price movement of bitcoin over a 24 hour period and receive points for correct predictions.
Those points do not have a direct cryptocurrency value, but SwissBorg is doing a bitcoin giveaway contest of sorts to those who get the most points from their predictions. For every new member that signs up they add $1 to their total pot, and the pot has a maximum limit of $500,000 worth of BTC.
I am unaware of when the contest will be closing, but considering the pot currently consists of roughly $92,000 I would assume that they have a long way to go. So the more people who join and use the app, the closer everyone gets to the contest ending and the rewards being distributed. There are prizes for everyone in the top 20,000 in several different pricing tiers. Whoever is in first place is currently set to win $5,500 worth of BTC, and personally I am in the rank of the top 101-1,000 and the prize for those people currently sits at $18. Mediocrity haunts me even in paper trading it seems.
Along with collecting points for correct predictions you can also collect badges for different milestones like inviting a certain number of people, getting a number of correct predictions, and logging in everyday for a few days in a row. Little things like that which are pretty achievable.
The points that you get from the various badges are called CHSB tokens. They are a utility token that's main utility is to be used on their Wealth App.
The SwissBorg Community App also includes an Analysis page where people (mostly beginners) can learn a few basic things about TA to help them make a more educated prediction. They also have a Blog page with general news about SwissBorg and updates on their upcoming Wealth App.
My Experience:
This was one of the first crypto related apps I got that wasn't an exchange. Using it is a part of my daily routine. It acts as a way to keep my fingers on the pulse of BTC movements while also rewarding me for my own predictions about where the price is going.
It is a super user-friendly app and very nicely laid out and designed beautifully. It is so simple that you could even get your kids involved if they have a cell phone. Hell get the whole family in on it.
I do my own technical analysis on TradingView so I hardly ever look at the SwissBorg analysis page. Same goes for their news and blog section.
I use this app to predict up or down price movements with BTC every 24 hours. That's it. And I get rewarded for doing so. Thank you Jesus.
Their CHSB token currently has actual value and utility, which is better than some mobile apps can say about their coins. Remember that this token is rewarded for collecting badges and not just the regular points.
Considering this is such a fun and simple little BTC predicting app, with a potential for a big bitcoin giveaway in the future, and with the ACTUAL rewards of the CHSB token, I would consider it a must-have for anyone in crypto. It literally takes 30 seconds to click "upwards" or "downwards" every day.
Conclusion:
If you follow the price of BTC regularly but don't trade super frequently, using this app could be a way to potentially profit from your daily prediction of where you think the price is going. You might even be able to learn a few different patterns relating to price momentum and trends. With the added bonus of some basic technical analysis tools this app is very accessible to people who are new to bitcoin and cryptocurrency.
I recommend this app to everybody and it can be a nice little introduction to crypto for people who don't know anything and might get intimidated from too much information about the space.
This app is simple, very user-friendly, a little bit fun, and could potentially reward you for a 30 second prediction everyday saying that the price of BTC will either go up or down. 50/50 odds with no downside? Not too bad.
