Oreo Cookie Cream Cheese Bon Bon Recipe:
I am making two batches in this instance.
Ingredients:
- One 8 Ounce Package of Cream Cheese (Any Flavor) - For these two batches, I used Kroger Brand plain cream cheese
- A Minimum of 12 Ounces of Chocolate Chips (Any Flavor) - For these two batches, I used Nestle Toll House Brand Semi-Sweet and Premium White Morsels, and Reese's Brand Peanut Butter Chips
- One Package of Oreo Cookies (A minimum of 15 ounces, any flavor) - For these two batches, I used Oreo Double Stuff and Oreo Caramel Coconut

Ingredient Mixing Instructions:
- Crush Oreos in a food processor - I am using a Ninja Food Processor
- Add cream cheese to crushed Oreos in food processor
- Mix cream cheese and Oreos thoroughly in food processor

Putting it All Together:
- Mold the mixture into small round balls
- Place the balls into the freezer for 10 minutes

These are the Coconut Caramel Oreos
- Melt the chocolate in a pan on the stove - Start out at medium heat and then reduce the heat as the chocolate melts

This is the Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Morsels and the Reese's Peanut Butter Chips
- Once the chocolate has fully melted, remove the balls from the freezer and place the balls into the chocolate one at a time and cover them completely with chocolate
- Place the balls on a plate or inside a container and refrigerate for at least one hour and then enjoy!!!

These two batches made 10 chocolate peanut butter cream cheese Oreo bon bons and 12 white chocolate cream cheese coconut caramel bon bons. You can make the balls as large or as small as you would like. They are quick and easy to make and are very delicious and rich tasting.
