In my opinion, the Crypto exchange platform Coinbase is becoming more and more alarming each and every day. Every time I enter the site I am asked for more and more information. I know there is the KYC rule that some platforms adhere to but since when is a selfie a part of this rule?  Recently Coinbase required that I take a selfie just to continue on the site.

I've never been worried about the site because I didn't have anything on the site besides what was given to me from the site. I enjoyed being rewarded with various coins just for learning about them so I occasionally went to the site to see what new coin was being given away. However, the feeling in my gut was unnerving so I went to Reddit today and found that as of late the site has been getting extremely poor reviews. I've heard crypto enthusiasts mention the site and when I was sent an invitation to register & get free coins I did. I'm now wondering how others on this platform feel about Coinbase because as of today I am through with them.
