Training

🏀 Train consistenly and will get results

By resiliencia | resiliencia | 4 Feb 2020

Hello!

I have been playing basketball for almost 25 years. One thing that I have noticed over this period is that it is better to train less time but for some straight days than train a lot but just one day a week.

We can take this idea and see that it also works for other sports and even for other areas of life. Repetiton is the key to master your habilities and I am happy that I have built this habit deeply inside me. And I am not talking just about basketball.

When I commit to do something, even if I'm tired, or I don't feel perfect, I keep my plan and I do what it is planned, no excuses.
Today was one of the days that I didn't feel perfect to train, however I stayed focused and keep with the plan.

Today I took a photo of my basketball shoes, I think these are one of the best I got. They were really cheap, they look cool and are extremely comfortable. What else should I ask for?

Now I'm in bed writing this words, I feel exhausted. I don't think I will be able to stay awake for 5 more minutes...

Enjoy! 😊
