I wish you a Merry Christmas! Bitcoin also did it and it is actually trading at All Time Highs again!
This end of the year has been awesome for BTC hodlers, and the sentiment is shifting to what could be the most massive bull run ever. Usually when the space is Greedy you should be really cautious about your trading decisions, or you will end up buying the top.
For that reason I am currently doing a Dollar Cost Averaging strategy and I am buying Bitcoin every sunday. I don't care the price, I am just converting part of my paycheck to the SAFE HEAVEN ASSET.
It seems that I am not the only one doing it, more and more institutions and companies are buying Bitcoin off the market. The limited supply with the increasing demand can start a Supply shock at any time.
450 Billion Market Capitalization for Bitcoin
If we take a look at Market Capitalization for Bitcoin we can see that we are smashing previous highs. The chart looks scary, after this incredible raise in market cap we could see a possible retrace at any time, however...
If we look at what happened the previous bull run in late 2017...
We were at 18 Billion market cap and the top was at 230 Billion. That is more than doing a x12.
If the story repeats on this bull run we could see a 2.5 Trillion market capitalization for Bitcoin.
That makes absolutely a lot of sense if we compare it with the 10 Trillion market cap for GOLD.
Exciting times ahead, 2021 will be EPIC!
