Meaning....the recent ( pretty much failed) announcement from Ledger of their new ,optional subscription service to ,basically, have your private keys managed for you and their comment on twitter( that was deleted)  that they always had access to everyones keys ,which resulted in uncertainty ( and uproar) amongst customers. 

                                                    So,I have nano s which isn't eligible for this option anyway ,therefore I decided to let the dust settle ,which I am still doing) partly around the trust / possible back door issues with ledger. Many people changed device / destroyed their nano x / s/s+ .I think there was some panic and herd mentality involved but I do get it , as crypto is still quite " wild west" and unpredictable sometimes ,so ,yes,the F.U.D is that you could open ledger manager one day and see your funds are gone( through that f___ing back door  and there's a "face pulling click-bait  " frenzy on YouTube about how Ledger did the biggest rug-pull ever ...          Unlikely that Ledger would do that I m o and from what I have read/ watched about it. 

                                So it seems the general consensus is that no wallet is %100 safe ,even Hardwear/ cold storage ...Ledger data was hacked ,I think Trezor also ( don't know details)   Ultimately we have to trust the company ,even with the more expensive cold storage devices ,that one or more " bad actor " so to speak ,didn't include their own malicious code into the device.  Most likely not but crypto is a crazy place and paranoia is definitely there sometimes.  

Where are you at with all this Ledger debacle and wallet discussion? Any old skool nano s people out there ?

 So, hopefully your still reading this ( my first post btw) .

 Briefly,the 2nd part of my "uncertainty" post is just to mention the combined effects of exchanges collapsing including the ( very recent Binance problems) , the s.e.c / American war on crypto and hacks on exchanges / wallets .... there are alot of plates to keep spinning if you own crypto i.m.o  keeping up with updates etc etc . phew ,in done ... 

Except to say that I hope you may find yourself one sunny day ,sitting in the cool shade by the pool at your villa ,looking happily at your laptop screen and the very ,very steep green line of your success.
