We are shadows in the desert
Waiting for an eternal love

We are hopes under the sea
Waiting to be rescued

We are homeless people
Waiting to be oriented

We are children in a park
Waiting to see who we miss

We are what we are now
Because we have waited a long time

Now only now
We are people
Looking beyond
A reason to forget
Why the hurt
It is our grudge

We are cats on the roof
Waiting for the starlight

We are cavemen
Waiting to evolve

We are peasants
Waiting for a dream

We are astronauts
Waiting for the moon

We are like birds
Waiting to fly

We are two
We are what we best propose.
