Coinbase continues to make it's Visa debit card one of the best on the market by making it very user friendly and versatile. Now, users can opt to receive 1% of all purchases back in DAI stablecoin.
I already detailed the ins and outs of the Visa debit card here, but users can select the following rewards options:
4% of purchases back in Stellar Lumens (XLM) or The Graph (GRT)
or
1% of purchases back in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Doge, or DAI.
Unfortunately, getting rewards in DAI basically makes this a 1% cashback debit card and there are better options out there for cashback credit cards without the hassles associated with a prepaid debit card. I will continue to waver between the 4% options as I use my card.
But, if you are staking DAI on Coinbase and see this as just a way to add to your bag, I can see why you might go that way.
How about you? Can anyone give me their logic for choosing ANY of the 1% options?
