I like to win.

Winning is good.
One of the ways I've found to win is Pumpopoly. Play to earn.
Buzzwords are everywhere. We will not use them today. Instead, let's talk about the basic mathematics of winning.
I have saved 82250 $COP and now I want to play it on digital real estate. Did I get lucky? 82250 $COP is more or less 20 $USD (date: 19-10-2023).
If I prefer Binance, I will exchange my $COP for $NEAR there. If I prefer other exchanges or - hopefully - have a local p2p buddy, I do it that way.
Now that I have the NEAR in the exchange's wallet, I send it to my non-custodial NEAR account. I don't want to risk my savings.
No $NEAR account yet? Then first I go to MyNearWallet (or your preferred wallet). Create an account and fund it with the freshly bought coins.
Now I go to the Pumpopoly app page. Not hard to find if you type "pumpopoly" into your web browser's search bar.S
Start the tutorial.

Now I win.
How did I win?
The tutorial has probably led you to buy one of the cheapest Lands available. Let's say it was 1046 Pumpopoly Place. Price: 4.6306 $PUMPOPOLY.
With an Vacant Land, every time a player parks there, I earn 0.0574 $PUMPOPOLY as rent.
Then I do nothing. Just kidding. But let's say I do nothing.
Let's also say that only 1 player parks there every day. In one year the math is 0.0574×360 = 20.664 $PUMPOPOLY.
Then I decide to sell my land. The basic land price is around 15 PUMPOPOLY.
It is bought like freshly baked bread.
To be honest, I think that cryptocurrencies are here to stay. I also think that if I put my physical $COP coin into the toy grabber machine I accept I may not grab the toy. So let's play for fun and assume an even more bearish market from here to a year from now.
Assumptions:
$PUMPOPOLY amount: 35.66.
$NEAR price on 19-10-2024: 0.9 $USD.
$PUMPOPOLY:$NEAR ratio: 1.11/1.
$COP:$USD ratio: 3500/1.
So I do the operations:
35,66 * 1,11 = 39.58704 $NEAR.
39.58704 * 0.9 = 35.62 $USD.
35.62 * 3500 = 124670 $COP.
Funny.
With the remaining $NEAR on my wallet I decide to Stake it using MyNearWallet. Now I am winning by two ways.
The most expensive land today is the 1549 Pumpopoly Place. Price: 10.0386 $PUMPOPOLY.

I am buying it because I like that number. You like it too? Buy it before me.
An ending word: Have you readed Snow Crash? Playing Pumpopoly feels like a Protagonist move.
