Probably the party secretary, chairman and president of the People's Daily Online, Ye Hao have understood the power in content technogy and that's the reason they are spliting this tecnology in three parts, namely; base layer, platform layer and application layer. So under these layers various blockchain institutes are coming up like the
1. Artificial Intelligence Research Institute
2.The Blockchain Research Institute,
3. National Key Laboratory of Media Intelligence Cognition
And we guess more is coming up.

As per these sources Ye Wei said that in order to promote the "content technology" planning and form a complete industrial chain, People's Network will actively promote cooperation with all parties to build R & D centers, industrial parks, investment funds and so on.
