K2 18b

I recently came across this clip on youtube entitled "James Webb Telescope Found a possible sign of Life" by Cleo Abram. It's quite interesting but I don't really agree with it. For those of you who haven't seen the video yet - https://youtube.com/shorts/i4gIVEJ_ocI?si=VIdIud1jzBr91nZ5 . Welcome back! Now I should preface this by mentioning that I do believe in special creation - specifically that I'm a Christian and I believe the Biblical account of creation. Anyway, my take on this is, let's assume that the findings of this video are correct, that the James Webb Telescope did find evidence of DMS on K2 18b. But that is a relatively simpler compound (in my humble opinion) compared to any of the simplest proteins required for sustaining any kind of life. Also take all of this with a pinch, no, rather a handful of salt as I'm not neither a astrophysics nor a biochemistry major. These scientists are apparently so excited about the possibility of finding such a compound and then go on to assume/believe that it could not exist naturally - without any living organism and rightfully so. But that brings up more questions that it answers, am I right? I mean how did any of the proteins of the simplest life forms come into being with a Creator?

Anyway this is just my two cents on the matter. Also I do really like her youtube channel and will follow along for more.

Do let me know what you guys think in the comments even if it's about my writing style and whether I should break my sentences up into smaller easier to read bits.

Thank you.

Cheers.
