I love P0x, but...

By rah | rah | 14 Mar 2026

I am rapidly closing in on being on Publish0x for six years. It was an early step not long after my crypto journey begun and I have written more posts than I can care to remember, even with a lengthy hiatus of a couple of years or so when I was posting extremely rarely predominantly due to family commitments (having babies takes a lot of time – but they are beginning to grow up now with the little one turning tow just at the beginning of the month).

Of course, I was attracted initially because of the free tips and I think few among us would say otherwise and over the last six years there have been a lot of token rewards come and go and without knowing the ins and outs of P0x’s model I think the relatively recent switch to USDC is a good move. With it being a StableCoin I think that it makes our community more sustainable in the long term.

Community you hear me say!

Well yes, that very much how I see it and the only other place that had something similar was the now defunct Noise:Cash which I loved at the time. Just a shame that Celsius ate all of my BCH.

I love the platform, the interactions the support (yes Igor I am singling you out in particular!) and the overall quality of the articles. I won’t lie and admit that sometimes I just scroll and click the tip button – but come on be honest - some of you do that too.

However nothing is perfect, I do have one bugbear and it has absolutely nothing to do with the admins / owners, but to do with some users.

For me community means interaction and that means communication and don’t misunderstand me, I don’t expect everybody to comment on every post they read or even respond to every comment they receive. That is unsustainable and I would be a hypocrite to say otherwise, although I try to comment and answer where and when I have something to say.

BUT, and feel free to disagree with me, there are one / two bloggers who offer zero interaction however interested I am, because in fact I have some commonality with who I am thinking about. I am not going to say who and I am sure there are more than who I have in mind, but you might even be able to work it out. I suspect it is one blogger with two blogs as what is posted is remarkably similar. While I have not gone as far as downvoting these posts – that would just be malicious – I no longer visit or tip and while each tip is a small amount he / they will feel it in the long term. It is possible that the blogger(s) are not native speakers of English, even though they post predominantly in English.

...but guess what?

I sometimes get comments in other languages and the way I see it is that if a commentator makes the effort to comment then the least I can do is to have a look at it and besides Google Translate is adequate enough to serve purpose even if it is not 100% reliable.

For me to do otherwise is just rude.

Anyhow, back to my main point I love interacting and sharing with you all and I am not planning on going anywhere.

As always stay safe and well my friends.

PS The logo is totally wrong but that is AI for you. I write my own posts but increasingly use AI to generate my header images.
