Today I am in a quandary.I want to post something, but everything is working against me. I had a plan to discuss the dangers of Reels and what could be called non-radicalised extremism. However for reasons I have explained below this is not going to be the case.

• I am writing essentially a low quality post (yes I admit) because I am determined to keep my streak going as you will see in the next day or two. Better to get something down rather than nothing. So, I am sorry it is not up to my normal calibre.
• My "Trigger Finger" check my posts is playing up a bit today and while it is only affecting the little finger on my left hand it is proving to be a bit problematic. Actually, as I am typing now I have just realised that I am not typing properly in that I am omitting using my little fingers at all.
• Time is short today, due to the circumstances of this particular week, just the way it has worked out. 
• I am racing so that I can get my computer battery charged as I have an online training to deliver in about an hour and I need to make sure my battery will last. To explain. You might remember that my Acer has a spindly and pathetic jack plug power connector. A few months ago it stopped working but I then discovered that it wasn't the cable. Rather it was the power unit inside the laptop itself. I duly got it fixed and now a few months later it has gone again. It can connect, but if I a using it, it connects and disconnects sporadically resulting in a hard shut down. What I end up doing is, when I know I am not going to use it for a while is to plug it in delicately so my orange light is on (charging) and then ensure that nobody even breathes near it. Sadly it means that, in the end, I am having to save up for a new computer just because of this. I can't afford to keep spending £60 every few months to fix a recurring problem. It is a shame because on the whole it is a good computer.

So, there you go, short and sweet, now let me try to get my computer powered up.
