I wonder how many of us have useless tokens just laying around. I mean they just sit there, a wasted token that holds next to no value. I know I am not alone here due to some comments I received on my post about staking and dying coins. So in the end it comes down to the question of what to do with them - especially the more obscure ones.

Do I open a new wallet that is compatible with the said token so that I end up with 500 wallets supporting 450 tokens! Do I trust swap sites, especially in the light of what has happened recently with a MetaMask clone that looks and smells just like the site or do I just sit and stare at them in the hope that one day one of the platforms I use picks up on them and makes them utilisible. Maybe it is just me, but SwapSpace just seems to be really dodgy and what adds to my confusion is that there appears to be several iterations of SPACE and I may well get the wrong one!

Maybe I am over-concerned with such things after being burnt by Celsius.

So, to illustrate my point, I want to focus on SPACE, a small-cap cryptocurrency and the native token of Space Token DeFi ecosystem, which offers earning, swapping, bridging, and staking features. Its price is currently around $0.00138–$0.00139, with a max supply of 350 million tokens and a focus on being an all‑in‑one DeFi platform. 

I must admit to being slightly surprised when I found out more about SPACE, as I thought it was a native token of DutchyFaucet, alongside DutchyCoins which are earned to power the faucet - but you live and learn.

And this brings me neatly back to my main point. Through DutchyFaucet I have acquired something like 175 of them and they are relatively valueless (at the moment at least) and are just sitting there achieving nothing. There is no option to swap and no way I can utilise them. Dutchy Faucet ended general swapping on 1st February (2026) so I also have a relatively small amount of APTOS (about 0.58) and this month about 2.14 CRONOS with nowhere to put them. In the past I would have simply swapped them for a more utilisable token and more recently Solana as part of my race between Solana and LiteCoin to see which one I can first acquire a full free token of. 

Incidentally that race is hotting up. LiteCoin is still being adding to steadily but Solana is catching up. Will the tortoise overcome the hare in the end? I think I will know by late summer, unless prices increase and thus purchasing (not real, but swapping) power becomes less effective.

So, today I am going to finish with an offer. I am going to give away all of my useless tokens if you want them. I have been thinking about the best way to do this and this is what I have come up with. To receive any offered token, at this stage APTOS and SPACE (and at the beginning of April CRONOS) the following criteria applies:

• First come first served basis - amount is too small to divide up
• You must have a history of interaction with me (eg comments. maybe legacy interaction from Noise etc)
• It is entirely my decision who the recipient is.
• No complaints if the transaction fails for some reason - it is a free gift after all.
• If you wish to you can send me the same value in USDC to an address I will provide (optional)
