Today marks a very special occasion for me. In fact I have been counting down to it for the last couple of weeks. You might remember that when I first joined P0x I was quite a regular poster and then with the arrival of the boys I kinda disappeared for a while before coming back a year or so ago. Since then I was intially posting during the week, but taking weekends off and then I started posting again at weekends (this ofttimes took some planning with articles being prepared on Thursdays and Fridays).

I checked when I started this pattern and the last time I didn't post something new was 14th March (2026) and so today marks a landmark 100th consecutive day of posting content and that is certainly a record since I came back. It might well have been something that I have achieved before, but frankly I am not going to go back and have a look.

I am quite proud of this achievement and especially considering my health and domestic situation - although it does offer a level of escape. I just don't write when the boys are about because my time is of more value to them than it is me.

I may well treat myself to a day or two off and soon with my holidays coming up I won't be posting for about a week - some things are just more important.
