Lost in the ocean of my thoughts
Swinging through the storm like a shaking boat
Looking for a remote shelter to retreat
From life and humans discomfort

From time to time it becomes a need to withdraw into a rest
To cleanse both the soul and the heart
To clear the mind from negative dross 

Solitude and isolation are never a bad choice
Rather take it as an ablution and cures 

 During lifetime our bodies bear too much burdens 
Between ups and downs along years

There is a moment where we must grab a pause
To Revive our strength and regenerate the cells
Our selves have the right to long for a recess 
This is a worth care to reach eminence
