Samson is bringing the Switchblade a road and sky vehicle to you!
What is it? Switchblade is a three-wheel vehicle, which is, street legal vehicle (USA) that you drive from your garage to a nearby local airport. Then fly your registered aircraft to your destination. (Obviously, I skipped all the flight plan registration stuff, I am not a pilot so don't come after me). It requires 91 octane gasoline and has a 36 gallon tank.
Conversion from road vehicle to Flying vehicle in about 3-minutes
Speeds? up to 200 mph and 13,000 feet. Getting 9.5miles per gallon in the air kind of limits where you gonna fly to without refueling.

Interior - looks ultra high tech and luxurious for a base model
Gotcha #1 - Classified as an Experimental Category aircraft in the USA. The Police might be suspect of this on the road, be prepared to show its road worthy and NO that doesn't mean out running them!!!!
Gotcha #2 - you have to assemble half (1/2) the vehicle yourself. Hmm. wonder how good the instructions are? Or is this like the box furniture stuff, figure it out as you go as the instructions blow. Or you could opt-in for the $20K builder program.

Summary - this vehicle can be driven on US road, freeways, Highways and fly. Imagine the Freedom one would feel having this agility? Wonder how this technology will compete against eVTOL offerings? The future is taking shape right now, flying vehicles, eVTOL vehicles as Taxi's all right in the stodgy USA.
