Jet-Powered "Superbike For The Skies"
You have seen my eVTOL Blog posts now the future is coming for single riders as this Polish firm emerged out of stealth mode. Meet the Volnaut Airbike - Your personal hoverbike straight from the Future! This feels like a bike out of a Hollywood film, based on Star Wars. Is it a hoax? I don't believe it is the Polish firm started leaking info on April 26 on X (Formerly Twitter) well ahead of May 4th. Several auto and eVTOL papers have written about it.
Who is the Inventor?
Polish inventor and entrepreneur Tomasz Patan, who is the man behind the equally Jetson On Airbike. They performed their first test flights in February
Airbike Specifications:
- Single rider
- built upon carbon frame, 3d printing and minimalistic approach making it 7x lighter than a traditional motorcycle
- Max speed 124 mph or 200 kph
- Controlled by two joysticks on the sides and body tilts
- Stabilizer is provided by proprietary onboard flight computer
- Open Air configuration
- Jet propulsion, no propeller
- Angular struts for landing
- Small overall frame allows for Flying and landing in very tight spaces

Summary
The Internet was abuzz two-days ago with this Airbike and most felt it was a hoax just for May 4th (Star Wars reference May force day). I would call this a sleek personal eVTOL that could revolutionize the airways, this will be very exciting to watch over the next few months
